About Streamm

Unbiased Tool Guidance for Small Businesses — No Fluff, No Filler

Streamm was built for small business owners who are tired of generic advice and endless software comparisons. We do the deep work so you don't have to.

Our Mission

Small business owners face a dizzying array of tools, platforms, and strategies — and most of the content online is either too generic, too technical, or written to promote the highest-paying affiliate, not the best product.

Streamm exists to cut through that noise. Every guide, review, and recommendation is grounded in real testing, honest analysis, and a single question: is this the right tool for an SMB owner with limited time and a tight budget?

We cover email marketing, website building, automation, lead generation, hiring, finances, AI tools, and local SEO — with practical advice you can act on today.

How We Work

🚫

Affiliate relationships never influence our rankings. We disclose commissions clearly.

🔄

Always Updated

All guides are reviewed regularly. Pricing, features, and verdicts are kept current for 2026.

Tool Stack for Local Service Businesses

Plumbers, electricians, cleaners, landscapers, and tradespeople. Your biggest challenges: getting found locally, capturing leads before competitors do, and keeping customers coming back.

Find Your #1 Bottleneck First →

Your recommended tool stack

In priority order — start with #1 and add the rest as your business grows.

1
CRM + Automation + Reviews
GoHighLevel — $97/mo

The single most important tool for local service businesses. Captures leads automatically, books appointments, sends reminders, follows up after jobs, and requests Google reviews. Replaces your CRM, booking system, and email tool in one.

2
Local Search Visibility
Google Business Profile — Free

Claim, complete, and actively manage your Google Business Profile. Add 10+ photos, list every service, post weekly updates. This free tool will generate more leads than any paid advertising for most local businesses.

3
Website
Website Builder — From $17/mo

You need a fast, mobile-optimised website with your services, service area, phone number prominent, and a booking/contact form. Wix or Squarespace are the easiest to set up without a developer.

4
Accounting
Xero or Wave — From Free

Get your invoicing and accounting sorted early. Wave is free and excellent for solo operators. Xero is better when you have multiple staff or complex jobs. Both connect to your bank automatically.

⚡ Local Service Quick Win

This week: Set up GoHighLevel's missed call text-back feature. When a potential customer calls and you don't answer, they automatically get a text within 60 seconds: "Sorry I missed you! I'll call back shortly — or book a time here: [link]." This single automation recovers 30‑40% of missed calls that would otherwise go to a competitor.
